Dr. Fabienne Diekmann

Dr. Fabienne Diekmann has been working as a lawyer for DIEKMANN Rechtsanwälte since 2006 and advises regulated industries in the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics sectors. In addition to her work as a lawyer, Dr. Diekmann is the managing director of PharmSec International GmbH, for which she provides business consulting services to companies, in particular in the application for and maintenance of permits as well as in the establishment and expansion in the context of pharmaceuticals and narcotics.

A particular focus of her advisory activities is the cultivation, production, processing, promotion, distribution and sale of (medical) cannabis. Dr. Diekmann supports clients from the time of their establishment with regard to regulatory, corporate and product-related issues. Due to her long-standing presence in the healthcare sector, she has extensive contacts with EU, federal and state authorities.
